...o job security. they will keep you on the bench even if you did not do anything. I had a very bad experience and now they are asking that I have to pay a certain amount for the settlement, I don't even know what kind of settlement they are talking about so radiculous.

There is no value for Tenure employees in the company and you hardly get the promotions and salary hikes, no market correction at all but at the same time high salaries are paid to new hires

It totally depends on flow, when the customers flow is more you will chat with customers in flow..but it depends on season.

Finally this is very worst exp working in 247.ai. NO growth, no compensation, no benefits. If you work in COVID Situation also they will not give one rupee also. At least they didn't give Biscuit also, Worst exp, worst people and worst TL's. So many members got COVID POSITIVE but still they are running people without giving WOrk From Home. See how much negligence about Employees,

If you have done PUC and not interested to study further, this is the best company for growth , no work pressure , you work you earn. Flexible timing to work. Campus is very apauling and impressive. Have worked here for a year, and it’s all good
