Its a gr8 company to work with....gr8 support from people around except for the fact...salaaaary and hikes....they offer very less and below market price

Salary....and if the person is quit for low salary issue....there is not even a single concern showed to hold them back

Company environment is absolutely great and the seniors are helpful and cheerful. They don't have the ego of being senior. performance incentives are good

Salary is very low and the growth rate is very low. Salary difference between fresher and 2 year experienced is 4000/- only

Nothing much. I liked everything however if there is something to mention, I would point out the Salary package. However they do conduct Over Time which is an Added Benefit.

The company is very toxic, the manager the team leaders are not supportive it is not a great place to work working as an advisor for 8hrs Or more than that but getting paid only ₹1300 in a month

No salary delay and good place for freshers

Dislikes

No work life balance, very odd shift timings eg 1:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5 days work from office. Favoritism and specific gender preference. Supervisors do not let you apply for your own leave but swap it with your weekly offs and end up working 9-10 days straight for the next week off.
