Only things I found good at 247 are the infrastructure and cafeteria. That's all.

Dislikes

Terrible trainining, they don't care about the employees, Gives less salary than promised, Makes fake promises, Graveyard shift timing, Pathetic transportation, Don't want to provide leaves, Filled with low standard Tamil Telegu Malayali people. Don't go there and wasted your valuable career. They promises so much growth and promotion during joining and training but once you hit the floor you'll realize those are fake promises. They try to threat you if you leave the job. They talk too much but does very little. If you are not employed don't make a rash decision and join there. It's better to stay unemployed rather than working in 24/7. I left just under 2 months and wasted valuable time by joining.

Likes

Infrastructure and facilities are the best. Friendly work environment with few employee friendly policies. Also, here they focus on enhancing the skills of their work force.

Dislikes

Salary structure with too many components, especially the basic pay is the worst in the industry which is even lesser than a security guard. The management has very smartly designed the salary annexure, so that they don't contribute more towards EPF or Gratuity. The company focuses more towards the revenue than its employees. Mid level management is very much into politics.

Company environment is absolutely great and the seniors are helpful and cheerful. They don't have the ego of being senior. performance incentives are good

Dislikes

Salary is very low and the growth rate is very low. Salary difference between fresher and 2 year experienced is 4000/- only

Nothing much. I liked everything however if there is something to mention, I would point out the Salary package. However they do conduct Over Time which is an Added Benefit.

The company is very toxic, the manager the team leaders are not supportive it is not a great place to work working as an advisor for 8hrs Or more than that but getting paid only ₹1300 in a month
