No salary delay and good place for freshers

No work life balance, very odd shift timings eg 1:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5 days work from office. Favoritism and specific gender preference. Supervisors do not let you apply for your own leave but swap it with your weekly offs and end up working 9-10 days straight for the next week off.

247 is not at all good place to work if some one is looking for good salary and carrier, because from my personal experience of 3+ Years here, they don't offer good salary and ECOP (incentive) is a very big scam here. Lot of favouritism and corporate politics here. But if you're just looking to build your skills you can definitely learn thing's here. But believe me guys there are lot of other options and opportunities outside there. Don't join here without researching and you can see lot of negative reviews to this company. Main concern is salary, as it's not at all good. Other companies are giving a very good package for freshers as well. Please re consider before joining here.

Salary is ridiculous and they give you a horrible experience by removing you in RD and once you are relieved they don’t even care or pick your calls for any help. It’s been 4 months since I resigned and I haven’t received my salary and settlement. Calling HR everyday and they don’t even pick your calls.

Absolutely nothing is there to like about the company

...o the seniors else, anything you say or do will be labeled as behaviour issue. The basic salary is pathetic. The increment is dirt poor. The company hires more people than appraising thr current employees salary. The incentives are over the top. Unless you overwork yourself or do fraudulent activity, you won't get a penny. Food is terrible in the cafeteria. The interview process is next to impossible, rather go to consultancy.

Job is secure. There are many programs such as Atnt optus and Sears. If one programs business goes down then employees will be moved to other program. Not just voice programs but majorly there are non voice messaging programs. The company's IJP(internal jobs posting) are good they hire within organisation rather than outsiders

... down our earned leaves to pay us. We compensated by working six days in a week. Imagine, 400crore company can't withstand an unprecedented time and cut down people's salary who had worked from ages. It just felt like the company made money behid our back. No appraisals in the 2020 year. Company wasn't compassionate to those who were suffering financially in the pandemic. Lowest salary in the industry with high standards. Not a good working place overall!
