...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the time job training is not given to new joiners.

Likes

I like to about production plans in monthly preparation and going to field work such one plant to another plant checking parameters of production material and product quantity checking quality parameter also check agin shift in to truck to main plant packing in 5-10 kgs and sales in domestic are other countries.

Dislikes

I don't like to field work because it's heavy journy to one plant to another plant and charges also own money and monthly cusmotics bills are not added to account and also salary and increment are not growth

If you are working at 24 mantra organic, then you'll find you have good work, but the work life, culture and management are so poor, that it will make you overlook the wonderful work you do. No appreciation for when the task is completed. Note: the CFO is the worst among the management.
