The only thing good about the place is that they spend a lot of time training new candidates. That is it.

Dislikes

...st anyone. No job security. The leave policy is bad, the work hours are extreme. You are expected to work 12-13 hours everyday with no overtime pay or any compensation. The seniors are there to only criticize you for your work. They are not open to taking suggestions. Not interested in even listening to what a person has to say. Very bad experience.

There is nothing to like apart from the voew from the office.I consider this to be one the biggest mistakes of my life a horrible startup organisation with no work culture small team with a lot of politics.overall growth is zero as there is no scope for growth of the company.CEO will misbehave with you even at the slightest mistake no facilities or benefits are there.Overall a horrific experience.
