Being small company one get exposure in almost all the areas. Developers may have to perform functional (onsite consultant) role. May help to improve functional knowledge. Even Developers may have to do frequently support. good to get experience in technical cum functional role

Project management was extremely weak. No exposure to new technologies. VB.net Windows application development. Work life balance is poor mainly due to improper project management. Favouratism to old employees and short term project focus leading to frustrating environment.
