Not Good Outer Layer looks Good But Internal Doesn't have any Clarity about Job .They Have Taken Before Covid and terminated within 3 Month also Once Started Lockdown they have decducted 50% Salary. they doesn't Even Thought about Family and No Job Security So Before Joining Pls Don't Spoil Your Career and Getting a Good is Better than Worst .

Earlier 2nd and 4th saturday were holiday but now all saturdays are working, Increment is very low , incentives are also low, lots of politics in increment

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

My Suggestion is to refrain from joining this company. There is toxic ambience, and full of micro -management by HOD. There is unnecessary pressure for regular local customers visit & outstation visit (purpose less visit, customer don't entertain). You have to location share in whats app during customer visit. If you WFH (work from home), you have to send wfh report like how many email sent, outgoing and incoming and how many calls to the customers, how many incoming & outgoing, and a brief discussion with the customers. all these are excel format. You will be tortured and harassed here. Tour policy is worst, not hygienic. There is no proper office culture. You will degrade your self here.
