HR se lekar saare management bekar hain, Cleint to unse bhi kharab hain, without supporting to agents shouting to agents on floor in front of all the supervisor and expecting good numbers, ridiculous,worst management, i suggest and recommend please don't go to one point one solution ltd.its a hell.

...in calling. Also training is not paid if you are uncertified you will get 0 Rs. Salary also not on time . For salary you will have to run here and there only you will receive salary with deductions

I have working at this company last 2 years nd i got promoted as MIS executive. In this company u can get better opportunity to get promoted. You can apply for IJP after 6 months..if u compared to other companies.

Nothing is able to like their culture poor management and job security also..salary will be not increase until you get the place at any position or promote to next level..you will eligible for paid lives after 6months but they will not give you lives also saying process requirements are full targets are not matte.

...cy firm get me here was completely unethical they use to charge from Candidates. Training period 15 days No-Paid, After the certification and all we start working the salary was quite low ₹10852 even that you will get after working for 45Days means you get this month's salary Next month on 15th or sometimes even later like 16-17 as well, Management was very poor I get to know about HR when I completed 2 months here. Overall experience I had working here was very bad my Team leader and Assistant Manager left the job without resignation and on the Floor without any salary because Management use to put pressure on everyone working here.

They put so much pressure even if you are fresher. If you want your salary then you have to work from 9 to 7 otherwise they will hold your salary.Even HR will not listen you.
