Nothing, they have so much of salary issues which they really take so many months to solve it. We have to run behind them 😒 for every thing even for experience letter and salary slip

Salary is very low as of now Company hide the fact from employees that its not a particular bpo where you have to take routine calls of the customers indeed you have to sell them something Considering that its a semi sales job profile They are not offering even half of the salary a sales profile deserves. The company also deduct employee's salary when the do minor mistakes in selling. Its a worst place to work if you are in Indore and want to work in BPO, Teleperfomance is a great option for you.
