It is small scale IT service company in pune and good place for freshers who are looking for industrial internship and full-time as well. Company provides opportunities based on project requirement.

As the company is small scale you may not get opportunity for personal growth and to develop your skills. Also company has loose management, doesn't follows any work model in development teams. Company also make delays to complete official work.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
