A nice amd ambient learning environment is provided where we can do what we want in the projects. In a hybrid setup. No need to travel. Overall a nice company if you want to start your career. Nice work life balance can be achieved here.

Overwork and Underpaid. Top management is making the most of the profits by keeping the interns on minimum or low salary.

There is an HR head, Jyoti Vasisth. She is the worst person in HR to add variable component in 3LPA salary. I don’t get even 25k and to live in noida with this is difficult. Everyone is just a neglected person with 0 knowledge on how to run business. They give you work and when ask for salary, they will tell you indirectly to leave. Don’t get me started on upper management (C-Suites). Those fat f**cks fill their pockets with salaries crqzy enough to fill the pocket of our poor employees. And they give us what - not even 1% of their profit. I have to support my family with this money provided I am coming from a challenged background, but still they will not pay for what it is worth.

There is nothing to like because the management of 1218 is very cheap, when a person resigns, they treat that guy like they don’t know him even that guy has given a good time to the company i.e 3 years without any escalation.
