...ew things there, but in returns even you didn't get appreciated by you superior. And the most important part they didn't pay you even according to your offer letter. In my case I am in probation period for 3 month and I get only 5226 IN rupee for first month stipend but in offer letter they mention 6000 IN rupee pay by the company evry last day of the month. Note I didn't take any leave on that month even I do work on holiday and sometimes overtime. During the interview they promised you that you will be hired as full time after 3 month of internship and you salary will get more than double as of now means it's between 12k to 16k , but all they do is hire new people as ne trainee and terminate the old one. Actually this is the process they follow through out the boot camp.

As a fresher I got an immense opportunity to develop my skills, work culture and overall experience till date has been amazing, will always be grateful.

Growth is quiet slow, but compensation is decent.

Its been more than a year since i have stared working here, what i love here is there is no bossy hierarchy followed here you can reach out to anyone at anytime for any ideas or questions and they are head as well. Good work culture with supportive team mates a very good environment for fresher candidates to learn new things, according to my experience, Best part is that zero office politics and salaries are always on time.

The only thing i felt is friday is the only dayoff and weekends will have more work.

Work culture is good.Having fun working with my colleagues we share work together in a friendly environment. No bossy environment here.Both management and co-workers support you to complete your work on time.You can learn new things ,exciting place altogether to work with.

The work culture is very good. There is no abusive work culture. No one talks in an abusive way. The company gives paid internships & job opportunities to complete freshers and helps in a big way to lay the foundation. Senior leadership can be reached out anytime. Since it's a start-up employees have the chance to work on a cross-functional basis which provides them with different role experiences. Teammates are all young, some freshly graduated so they are quite fun to work with.

In my personal experience, I haven't faced anything that I disliked.
