The company is built on a strong culture and strong work ethics. It is a very well known fact internally that one can change their work profile internally (given that they have the hunger to jump into new challenges) The people centric approach from Management has been the highlight throughout. The CEO and Management beleive in doing hands on work and not just on paper, and very much understand the difficulty of operating a lean team v/s growing 10x Transparency is very high as you will find the CEO being open and clear on the ground reality and being very direct on the approach

Dislikes

Till now - nothing to dislike for me. But if I have to add - this is a fast pace environment where you are changing directions and strategy every now and then. It's not for someone who is looking for the so called work-life balance. But if you have signed up for a startup, you cant be complaining on this

Likes

The company gives all its employees the opportunity to grow exponentially. The management and founder have a clear vision for where the company needs to be, they are hands-on, execution-focused, able to connect with, and acknowledge the contributions of each member of the team across levels. It's a lean team, that is willing to share and support even across functions. It rewards ownership of your work and there is transparency in communication. It is for those that are willing to make an effort and learn continuously, and want to be at the heart of all the action in a fast growing company.

Dislikes

It is not for someone who cannot handle change that is typical for a startup. Things evolve quickly and the pace is fast, which is essential for an early stage company. The learning curve is high but so is the career growth.

Its fast paced, and I get to learn alot. If I am wrong, I get a chance to try again but I am also held accountable for the work I do.

Dislikes

Its not dislike, but I am still learning to keep up with all the changes and flying in the grey. It is a startup so I understand but it does get uncomfortable sometimes.

Founder has a clear vision for the company and communicates that with all members of the team. The feedback process is not one sided and there is transparency and openness to be able to improve and get better. Teams are supportive of each other and there is a culture to learn and grow, within your role and beyond.

Dislikes

There are challenges with a fast pace of work, things happen quickly but you can also see the result of your efforts as quickly.
