This is my first company, and i've had the privilege of working here from 2021 until the end of 2024. it has beed the best career experience of my life. I've learned an incredible amount of technology and gained more knowledge here compared to any other company. One of the best aspect is the zero politics among employees, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. The management trusts its employees with the freedom to work independently, and the flexibility to take leave without needing constantly inform or seek approval based on the project

Good company to learn new technologies and seniors where friendly while sharing technical skill and management supports new technology learning

Nothing like this when we try to improve our skill to build future strong

The office employees is a big plus but they are moving out in big chunk so we can't consider it as a plus anymore

Dislikes

No learning or growth for designer role, the management has no idea or knowledge in design. They would assign a person with zero awareness about design to report or review the designs.

Firstly,the environment in this company is too good,great place for learning for freshers and great place to start our career and flexible timings for the employees to work.

Poor Appraisal, No job security, Useless Management, Terrible policies that protect only the management.
