Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

1.Conduct meeting frequently. 2.Everyday staff briefing. 3.Strong communication from zero level to top level. 4.Incentives and bonus 5. Teammates are very supportive.

Dislikes

...ules to be follow but it doesn't strictly follow, it last only for some days. Promotion is very slow or increment bof salary is very slow, that's why turnover is high. Should give promotion and increase the salary. Instead of recruiting new members. When it's keep on changing the staff or members, it's not a good sign. And when new staff members took over, it will take some time to adopt the environment and take some time to be back on the right track.

Good work environment and with my staff. Teammates are very supportive and the managementis not so well. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the Managment doesn't address our issues. And salary is also not so well and career growth is too slow. And Appraisals are also not increase and employees always disappointed for this thing. That's why I gave resign.

Not given salary on time , also not proper working hours for staff...I work here almost 1.2 years they did not provide me any promotion or salary increment...that's why I want left company without any notice period...I have join first company after my post graduation...and realised I joined wrong company

... head is touchy and nosey. He Wants to know about every employees personal life. Mentally harasses employees to the point where they get so tired that they leave without salary. Ecom manager is envious. Ceo is ignorant. No benefits to employees at all.
