A major problem in the tech department is the lack of collaboration among team members. They seem more focused on promoting themselves rather than working together to accomplish shared objectives. This not only reduces productivity but also creates an environment of distrust and competition. The leadership in Zypp Electric's tech department is inadequate. Clear direction and goals are lacking too much, and managers fail to show a clear vision to their teams. It often appears that they are disengaged or unaware of the challenges faced by their employees. Managers often fail to provide specific feedback and instead send warning emails, leaving employees feeling set up to fail.
