Good media exposure attracts outside professionals. Good place If you do drugs at the office.

A major problem in the tech department is the lack of collaboration among team members. They seem more focused on promoting themselves rather than working together to accomplish shared objectives. This not only reduces productivity but also creates an environment of distrust and competition. The leadership in Zypp Electric's tech department is inadequate. Clear direction and goals are lacking too much, and managers fail to show a clear vision to their teams. It often appears that they are disengaged or unaware of the challenges faced by their employees. Managers often fail to provide specific feedback and instead send warning emails, leaving employees feeling set up to fail. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
