Don't you ever think of join this organization. Totally crap. They will eat you peace. Nothing is good here. Horrific work culture. Trust me better to stay jobless rather joining Zydus Wellness. Don't fall for the positive reviews. Those were posted by HR because they don't get people to join. After joining you will be trapped for1 or 2 years until you find a better job. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
