Company policies are terrible,job security is worst,Working culture is very poor. Management is always against with their employees.

Management always put unethical work load pressure, they always tried to malpractices in marketing sale even Gm,Rbm & Abm all are equally involved in malpractices.

Dislikes

Management only care about targets and in there is lots of corruption and infiltration of goods. They have same strategy for all Territory. There is no leaders only dictetors. Even upper managments are also using shortcut strategy and false commitment to Doctor.
