I like the way they carry incompetant people along with them.

Dislikes

Everything is urgent in this organisation. These organisation can create more managers than leaders. Power is centred at one handful of people. They do not want to loose the grip. Rest other are bonded labourers. They pay high keeping your job at risk.

The only thing I like is the company is growing so increments are good compared to other pharma companies.

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic. Its mainly top down approach wherein until and unless employees are pushed, they dont take any actions. The company lacks in basic infrastructure, systems are not there and policies are way too old. Way too many projects are carried out simultaneously and none of them is really given time to get matured. The only interest is in roll out of projects. Also the culture is of late sitting.
