Company's work culture is at its worst. You'll be successful in this company if you're brilliant at brown-nosing of their manager. Work life balance is terrible, as company doesn't hire enough people. There is no professional boundaries between a subordinate and their respective manager. Worst company to work, the AVP of Implemention is pathetic. Do not know how to manage team and high manipulative. He just wants people to butter him and bring him gossips of the team. Gets too personal with his remarks and have zero empathy towards anyone. He can make anyone scapegoat when things don’t go his way.

Very Toxic and Company and there is politics everywhere in this company. Favoritism at its peak and salary Ghotala that you will face if you accept to work here. I ignored other comments by thinking that someone would had put up negative review in influence of anger and hate but no I WAS WRONG TO IGNORE THOSE and I faced and suffered dark time here. IGNORE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
