There's nothing to like about the company in particular.

Company's work culture is at its worst. You'll be successful in this company if you're brilliant at brown-nosing of their manager. Work life balance is terrible, as company doesn't hire enough people. There is no professional boundaries between a subordinate and their respective manager. Management is very negligent towards any feedback and occasionally promotes above mentioned behaviour of their favorites. Worst company to work, the AVP of Implemention is pathetic. Do not know how to manage team and high manipulative. He just wants people to butter him and bring him gossips of the team. Gets too personal with his remarks and have zero empathy towards anyone. He can make anyone scapegoat when things don’t go his way.
