Everything I started working with this company as name of tata is associated with it .. after working for a while I have understood this company is ruining brand image of tata . 12 to 14,15,16,17 hours or stright shift then night shift then come back tomorrow again.. so if you want to completely damage your personal life and mental health or physical health you are wellcome. Higher Management from CEO to COO to national HR everyone know about the company culture and no one bother, top of that no one helps just come to give feedback about things but never tells how to do it better way. Company doesn't trust employees of their efforts thus ask for photos and videos ,even after having store head some senior still video calls to check on store and if they find wrong instead of helping they exploit that opportunity to make their CV strong in company to get promotion by telling management how bad we are working. Coming to HR regional HR calls you and threat you to complete a work or else he will complaint to cluster manager 😂 As we are working for that much long hour there is no over time payment even after over time pay is mentioned in the payslip . Coming to promotion of employees After Department manager they don't have store manager they have Assistant manager operations it's basically senior DM who reports to cluster manager and no store get to know about P and L report you are there to work only nothing to learn. The job role they tell you at the time of joining and the amount of work you do in day to day job is unimaginable. And if you start raising voice against the wrong culture in the company you will be transferred to remote location and eventually you will quit. Please don't even think of joining zudio....Read More
