Work culture is very pathetic No appreciation in the organisation Even floor staff has more importance then a manager No shift timings Even in festive senior call to store for work till early morning 4 am Personal life is hell here

I Love Zudio beacuse company main motive is customer satisfaction.. company working on their 7 Principal.. working on values.. specially focus on employee learning.. company launch zlearn App for employee learn about the company policy, Learn about company Sop which help in career progression ladder..

More then time hours every Thursday 12-14 hours but no benifits of extra times Unnecessarily visits evey months management only for good visits Not important of sale People leaving job because of to many times transfer in city We don't no where is i have to reporting tomorrow

In goa region i dont like anything because of Ranjan doing all politics and company trust that guy and his highlight only karnataka people that they are doing good job and also they are hiring only their relatives like brother and sister works together

The more dislike about this company that all relatives are working together and only Karnataka staff getting promotion and in goa it is worst culture adopted by here its totaly against company and there will be no action taken if we talk to management

The work culture is very bad. The company does not provide medical care for the family. If it had to provide it, we would have had to pay an extra charge for it from our side.

Zudio is good place for all and skill Development/Learning

Zudio was right earlier but now it has become a political place.if an operational person does not want to see any staff, he is either forced to leave or transferred in long distance to home so that the staff leave the company.you can see how many manager and staff left last year.Here everyone is not seen equally and equal opportunity like state wise.
