Don't join this company, they don't give offer letter and expect you to join and if you don't join without offer letter they will give you a mail that they have moved forward with another candidate. There is a lot of communication barriers and they just play with your emotions.

My teammates are like brothers except them everything is useless in zucol services.

Hrs are not the HR actually they are puppets, actually I think they are only hired to apply deductions on the employees on senseless rules which are created by them. Tissue paper is also an issue, manager asked to the office boy that don’t provide tissues to the employee our company facing loss on purchasing the tissue. Salary is totally based on the fraud app senseless or useless login logout system. They are not treated employee as employee. They just fired any of the employe without giving any proper reason because they write this in offer letter too. Please don’t join this company. They are fraudsters. They doing fraud with their employees also not providing offer letter within one month stating that it's long process. And HR said that they only issue offer letter after 2 months of working .....hell..... Avoid working here and please do not trust this company. Say no to work here...No No No......a big No to this company.

There is a lot of dislikes for the company like there is no work life balance, sometimes (twice a month) u even have to work on sundays and thats compulsory also there is no saturday off, the salary they pay is terrible.

There is no work life balance, you get paid very very less and have to work even on Sundays and after work hours with additional benefits. The management is worst and even HR as they take side of management and make you accuse. The coo here is Mr. Durga Prasad Sharma the worst person I have ever meat. For his point of view you have to give your entire 24×7 to company and you will get just a penny. The main work of the company is to do the assignments of foreign and Indian students who are studying in college which is completely illegal.
