Old legacy company,one of the largest employer in Goa.

Dislikes

People in the management are egoistic and if someone from top doesn't like an employee, he/she is either deprived of promotions and increments and are asked to leave saying salary paid is too much for their position.

Many years spent in plant and office go waste as your contributions are not valued by egoistic people in top management.
