Very good organization for career growth. you will have exponential career growth if you start as a intern. Very strong position in market in Pharma domain.

Very Poor work-life balance due to highly ambitious managers. Manager never thought about actual efforts and just blindly committing impractical timeline to their boss and client to please them to achieve their personal ambitious (onsite or promotions) which lead juniors to work 12-15 hours a day. ZS is good organization but It is not good for lateral hires. Most of managers are with ZS with beginning of career and quickly get Managers position so they are immature and noncompatible for Manager role. They don't know industry and not able to think about think team or actual effect. They are very good at pleasing there boss and clients and boosting about work that team did for 12-15 hours daily. PS: You may not get positive feedback even if you work for 12-15 hours daily. Most funny part is ZS is a Great Place to work. I was lateral hire and having 6 years experience at ZS at time of joining. Many people warn me to not join ZS but I was impressed with their boosting of HR Managers
