My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. Zones has a stable business and compared to its revenue the employees are less so u can get a good hike end of the year. You get health insurance. Weekends are free

No training, US based work so late night work is common, HR policies are old and need to be revamped

Work culture, unpaid over time. If not willing to do overtime they will ask to leave the company no job security.. JPmorgan service desk is mostly worst there is no proper management. Manager will ask to login any time if there is ticket flow even in weekends they will call you and ask you to login without paid overtime. Full 9 hours shift without break even they won’t allow to go for washroom need to work continuously for 9 hours. If we ask break, paid OT manager will ask to leave the company. Worst company whoever will join will regret within few weeks. Better not to join so company will know the importance of employees....Read More
