1. No work life balance. Its an organisation, suited for Bachelors 2. No job security 3. Very bad politics.

Work Details

We in accounts department were daily engaged in one or the other fire fighting exercise, Company does not work on systems, Accounts department works on whims and fancies of the promoters and the CFO.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
