The Environment is soo good that it was difficult for the employees to leave the company.

There are pros and cons of everything and i am not being able to find any point to dislike about Zoconut

Nothing. Favoritism. Groupism. All sorts of biases exist. Please do not work here. They take recruits only to go meager work. The product has a lot flaws. Most of the clients back out due to the flawed software. The company makes no profit.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Asking for leaves permission is through the joint ceos and even emergency leaves for family is rejected. There is even pay cut for half days which are pre approved. The HRs even quit due to this. The work life balance is non existent. There is a close group of people that have been together since college and any new addition to the company is not retainer for more than 3 months....Read More

Every person is very humble and honest and they have good experience of their fied and I thank God for giving me this opportunity to work with them and they are owner of versatile knowledge and experience I have taken some part of their knowledge in my life.
