Work culture is the worst part here. They will terminate you for their personal reasons instead of proffessional reasons. A single person can take decision and terminate you. You have to be like a slave. Dint join this company.

Great atmosphere for work and life balance. They give scope for sales people to perform but at the same very competitive. It's not a place for people to chill; I was asked to perform from week 1 which was challenging but learnt a lot and started doing well. Senior people are very friendly. All teams friendly

There is nothing to like,whatever you will read positive reviews are totally fake as they are enforcing their current employees for the same .they do have time to do all this but do not have time to train employees

There are N number of point or one can say facts about disliking it- a) Team NCR is full of demotivation and politics b) Their is zero team spirit or team unity or team work. c) Area Manager or Regional Manager himself does politics only and he will pretend like he is so happening and understanding manager but wake up guys he is themost sadist person one would have ever met . d) AM himself do not have basics etiquettes to talk to employees or clients as well.He thinks of himself so supreme that nobody can do against of him anything but he is highly mistaken .Somebody please tell him that he is area manager of only zocket he is not Prime Minister of India. e) After recieving payment from client he do not give a shit about their issues or not even bother to revert on their mails as well. He will focus on this thing that clients got this mail id rather than focusing on how to resolve this issue. f) Even person who works in customer support that person is full of attitude of no point that too. That person talks so rudely to clients without any reason. They think of themself so intelligent and awesome that no one can beat them. hahahaha Hr are also not listening to employees they are just blindly following what managers are asking to do with employees like giving PIP without any reason. So A Big no to this company as they do not have any training structure and growth for employees only focus is mis selling and leaving clients in between....Read More

I will not suggest anyone to join this ghatiya organization because of their so called Area manager or regional manager who even doesn't know how to handle a team efficiently. They are just scamming people on the name of promotion n all.
