Don't ever try to join this organisation. They are good for banglore people not for Delhi NCR. Too much pressure on sales, KPI, store hygiene. Your seniors managers won't support you, they are saving there jobs, so they won't kick out form the company. My worst decision to join Zivame. Please girl don't join this organisation.
