Nothing. This has been one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. The MD is not only inexperienced and unqualified to run a business, but also rude and disrespectful toward employees. The Managing Director is uneducated and has a fanatical demeanor and pshyco. He inherited the company but seems to have abandoned it. From dayone, you're placed under intense and unnecessary pressure, with absolutely no job security. No training and support from department heads also. The department heads are are also very rude, and will not guide you anything. The HR person is decent at heart, but he's so afraid of losing his position that he unnecessarily gets involved in technical discussions—despite having no background or authority in the matter. Between the MD’s behavior and HR’s interference, you’ll feel constantly suffocated. Most of the 5-star reviews you see online are fake. Please think twice before considering this company.
