Fake target, force to work Overtime, No job security, Poor management, OT amt wouldn't be paid if work not being done per management accordingly, Unlimited favourism and don't have training module for their work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
