ZINFI Technologies of US parent company of ZINFI Software of India is the worst company ever to work for. The work environment in India office is hostile and unorganized. Not only they are holding employee salary but their PF & ESI contribution and withholding tax (TDS) which is deducted from employee are pending to submit to the department for years. There is absolutely no work-life balance in the company and no benefit for working overtime. They never pay bonus and will give minimal salary raise to only a selected few. The HR policies of the company is a joke and the HR Manager is a mute spectator, who will constantly promise lies to get prospective employee on board.
