1) Works with latest technologies. 2) Emphasis on work/personal life balance. 3) Ample training provided to new comers. 4) Latest appropriate tools provided across all functions. 5) Easy to approach management.

Dislikes

Some managers in the SW deptt have become Managers owing to tenurity. They need to go through Management Training classes.

Work Details

I'm HOD at Training and also assist HR deptt with Training,

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
