Working here has been a highly disappointing experience. The policies are rigid and lack basic consideration for employees' well-being: 1. Break Policies: We are given only a 30-minute break, and if even a single minute is exceeded, we are immediately questioned, which feels unnecessarily strict and micromanaged. 2. No Phones Allowed: Phones are not allowed during login hours in the office, making it impossible to address any urgent personal matters. 3. Leave Policies: Leaves and work-from-home requests are outright denied, even in cases of emergencies, injuries, pregnancies, or other critical situations. 4. Partiality in WFH: There is blatant favoritism when it comes to approving work-from-home requests. Only select individuals seem to benefit from this flexibility. 5. Compensatory Offs and Client Holidays: Compensatory offs are rarely approved, and client-declared holidays are often not honored, leaving employees with no respite. The lack of empathy and rigid enforcement of these policies create a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and overburdened.
