It's a good experience for me to be a part of jilla panchayat...great experience but it will be great if every staff member do their work sincerely and effeciently so that no one has to suffer especially class 2 and class 1 officers ....it's a great experience as far as salary is concerned...but gov should understand equal work equal pay for the nhm and outsourcing persons working in organisation......Read More

I worked as a pharmcist...I maintain drug register,vaccine register,tb register,leprosy register,opd register,maintain ILR,deep freezes,dispense medicines etc and follow the instructions of Tho sir,Cdho sir,Dto sir and higher authorities very sincerely...

Yes definitely, zila panchayat office is key agency to implement govt. Scheme. I consider fortune to work with the agency.

I would like to share few comments in this regards - 1. I disliked office's staff behavior. I was giving technical support on behalf unicef. They were discrimination with me. They consider themselves supreme because they are govt. employee. They were always ignore me during the working period. 2. Second things I don't like their unnecessary paper work. Many letters had been issue in a day. Most of time we had spare just prepare letter. But couldn't fallowed in ground....Read More
