Frequent changes in SOP. Too much direct involvement of Non Sales people in Operations. Product availability in inventory is poor. Too much complications in simple stuff.

It's been a year that I am working with Zigly but in my all professional years this is by far the best company I have associated with. The company always have an open forum for all suggestions as well as healthy critisism. I believe it's one of those few companies where not only senior management is approachable but also the CEO. If you are working under cosme you good and if you senior are mr.ankit tandan the you are in heaven but if you are working under doctors not all some passific that can be difficult for you otherwise all good

Working under the doctors those have no knowledge about inventory or supply chain management and they don't want to understand
