My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Unexpected cuts in incnetives without any arrears inspite of involving HR. Salary was hiked by 4% post appraisal. No leadership guidance or growth plan to pursue a career within the organisation. Going the extra mile is often overlooked. Toxic Work-Culture.
