Worst management. Company make every employee slog for extra hrs without paying OT. Management is not at all helpful. It's not an employee centric company they work for management profit than the Emp. Mannerless and unprofessional management.

Nothing is good to talk about this worst company with filled with unprofessional people and worst management.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
