If you are a fresher, it's nice place to work in terms of opportunity to learn new things. But forget about salary. Here employees are waiting for October salary on Jan 31st (i.e 4 months pending till date) and company is not at all bothered about the employees. You wont even get response from HR team or your concerned managers. They will get angry if you ask for salary and bit region felling for orissa people. Apart from this all good. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
