Complete training for our job is well guaranteed. Work environment is good & there is an opportunity for all to visit any of the overseas branch to work there for a short time which provides a different exposure. Safety first, then Quality & comes Production volume.

Career growth will be very slow & it solely depends on how we equip ourselves. Job security not guaranteed & Work-Life balance is not so effective.

As my department is Manufacturing, I feel quite challenging because, no little deviation in component's specification is accepted. Since, ZF is an Organization which got it's fame by meeting the Global Quality Standard for Wind-turbine Gear-boxes.
