I joined this company initially. Then they gave us training for four days. Exams were conducted on whatever was taught in the training.Skill development improved greatly due to training and physical work.

As per the interview, the nature of the work was different in the company. The salary was very low for the work. There is no match between the job designation and the work there. One has to work standing for eight hours.No chance of sitting

I have done a lot of good work in the company and the company is also very good. Its facilities are very good. There is very little to teach. Only hard work and dedication should be there. ZF Technology Center has great potential, but its growth is hindered by ineffective Indian management.

Company is good, but the Indian management is biased and inefficient. Promotions and recognition seem to depend on being from the manager's region or having strong personal connections, rather than merit.
