ZF Technology Center has great potential, but its growth is hindered by ineffective Indian management.

Dislikes

Company is good, but the Indian management is biased and inefficient. Promotions and recognition seem to depend on being from the manager's region or having strong personal connections, rather than merit.

Likes

Racist environment, nothing to like, micromanagement, Southsupremacy vs north Indians, lot of corruption within IT, management not stick to policy, insurance scam, female employee threatened to be silent against harassment, HR head lady herself was victim and exit in single day.

Dislikes

Management not believe in learning and skill development of employee, leading towards corporate slavery, german always insult Indians, anti Indian propaganda, always cancel approved leave no personal life, lot of damagers spoiling employee life.

Work load is on lighter side.

Dislikes

Work quality is also on lower side. Not much to do and not much to learn. Management is the slowest and weakest I have ever seen.

Micro management While joining Hr's told Zf has hybrid work from home policy and is applicable for all zf employees but few managers are not following the policies and forcing employees to come to office daily.

A lot of politics and if we late 10 minutes they will cut 1 Hr. Salary and if we want to go 15 minutes early for 1 or 2 days they will cut half day salary

Toxic management. Flat hierarchy nature. Irrespective of how many facts present here, people will join because they need Hyderabad location. To become confirmed employee, you have to literally clean the manager and skip level manager. ZF lndia is a company formed by the funding of ZF Germany, but the sad part is who ever join this during early zf incubation period in India hyd location, they think that it is their Father's asset.
