Always organizational restructuring happening. 9.5hrs working hours which often leads to ~10-12 hrs. Work life balance is not achievable here in ZF. No onsite opportunities

I have done a lot of good work in the company and the company is also very good. Its facilities are very good. There is very little to teach. Only hard work and dedication should be there. I have proved this in front of my boss. I feel very good in doing this work. Main use is working in the form of maintenance in the company. I got the opportunity to teach a lot of things.
