1) canteen & Transport 2) Birthday & High production appreciation

1) No proper evaluation system by Top management, everything blocked by middle level 2) Domination & caste dependency 3) Non technical person appointed as Manager level (all departments) 4) worker s also non technical person, so he doesn't known Engineering ethics 5) Training nil.

Work Details

Very interesting to be work at Rane TRW, So much challenging have been there, So many possibilities to be change the like process , layout,product ,but all things are blocked by managers level.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
