This company has worst management, they don't have process for appraisal or for work. They judge people's performance based on excel sheet and with their own logic. They don't listen to their employees. Complete jingoysm of local people. They don't provide opportunities to people from other states.

Zero support from the team lead if any employee is stuck in some problem professionally. This They don't have any process / formula to judge any employee's performance, they will simply say since this work was not completed last year so I will give you poor rating and this will effect your variable pay. It doesn't matter to them howhard the employee worked to resolve the problems and no one supported him. They will even judge you of you ask some questions 😂 and if you don't ask them they will blame you, you should have asked before doing this work. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
