Since it is a German company we will have job security, good work life balance, nice culture and follows European standards. Good for the people at career entry level who has over 2-4 years of experience as they can learn a lot technically. I can see a lot of improvement since the last 4 years w.r.t company HR policies, they are introducing more employee friendly policies. Slow in taking decisions for ex. during Covid pandemic they could have been more proactive in providing WFH, they just react based on Govt. actions and lockdown regulations. Promotion policy and pay scale need to be re-visited. Employees career growth is completely in the hands of reporting manager and BU heads. As fast growing company, office politics are also becoming more these days. need to be more transparent. leaders and managers should be given training on leadership qualities, not just promoting some random people who are in good books with senior management. Such people are spoiling the team spirits....Read More
